room temperature. Warm the pan. Grease the pan. Put pan onto very low heat. Add sausages to pan, move them gently so they do not stick. Cook very very slowly on a low heat. Turn once. Move sausages around gently so they do not stick. Cook until done.

There are no fillers or added binders in our sausages. They are very delicate, and very delicous. Be gentle and cook them with love ♥
